1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quickbid ("the Service"), operated by Visionary Solution LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quickbid provides AI-powered professional estimate generation for contractors, including estimate generation, material pricing, and plain-English financial reports. The Service is provided as-is and is intended for informational purposes only.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

You must create an account to use the Service. Subscription plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. Trial access includes all features. No credit card is required to start a trial.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are issued at our discretion.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all financial data you upload to Quickbid. We use your data solely to provide the Service. We never sell your data to third parties. You may export or delete your data at any time.

Financial data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We comply with SOC 2 Type II security standards.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service; (c) share your account with others; (d) upload malicious files or data you do not have the right to upload.

7. Limitation of Liability

Quickbid provides AI-generated insights that may contain errors. We are not liable for any financial decisions you make based on the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Visionary Solution LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions relating to data ownership, liability, and indemnification survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-Service notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which Visionary Solution LLC is registered.
