Financial Data: Bank statements, invoices, accounting exports, and other financial documents you upload to use the Service.

Account Data: Name, email address, business name, and subscription information.

Usage Data: How you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and session duration.

Device Data: Browser type, device type, IP address, and operating system.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) generate AI-powered financial insights; (c) communicate with you about your account; (d) detect and prevent fraud; (e) comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal or financial data. We share data only with: (a) cloud infrastructure providers who host the Service (encrypted); (b) payment processors for subscription billing; (c) law enforcement when required by law.

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

5. Data Retention

We retain your financial data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal and financial data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.). These integrations are governed by the respective third party's privacy policy. We only access the minimum data necessary to provide the Service.

Quickbid is not intended for use by individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
